Barring any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of MODU's control:
- Canadian orders can be expected to arrive in 1-4 business days.
- US orders can be expected to arrive in 3-7 business days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@modu.pet. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Something wrong with your order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that used products are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and then let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will automatically credit your refund to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

1. Start by introducing the hair dryer to your dog without turning it on. Allow them to sniff and inspect the device so they become familiar with its presence.
2. Associate the hair dryer with positive experiences by giving treats or offering praise when your dog shows calm behaviour around it. This helps create a positive association with the dryer.
3. Turn on the hair dryer for a short duration without directing it toward your dog. Allow them to hear the sound while you continue to offer treats and praise.
4. Gradually increase the exposure to the hair dryer. Keep the sessions short initially and gradually extend the time as your dog becomes more comfortable.
5. Maintain a comfortable distance initially and avoid directing the airflow directly at your dog. Slowly acclimate them to the sensation of the air.
6. Begin with the hair dryer on a low heat and low speed setting. This minimizes noise and airflow intensity, making the experience less intimidating.
7. Continue to reward calm behavior with treats and positive reinforcement. This reinforces the idea that staying calm around the hair dryer is a rewarding experience.
8. Place the hair dryer in areas where your dog feels secure, such as their bed or near their favourite toys. This helps normalize the presence of the dryer in their environment.
9. Gradually increase the intensity of the hair dryer sessions, both in terms of duration and heat settings. Always monitor your dog's reactions and adjust accordingly.
10. Consistency is crucial in the process. Regular, short sessions will help build your dog's confidence and familiarity with the hair dryer over time.
Remember to be patient and observe your dog's comfort level throughout the process. If your dog shows signs of distress, take a step back and proceed more slowly.
Our dryer is made specifically for dogs, we don't recommend the dryer being used on cats. The noise and airflow intensity can be distressing for most cats, potentially causing stress and anxiety. If you do decide to use the dryer on your cat, please proceed with caution and care.
Maintaining your pet hair dryer is a breeze with our user-friendly design. To clean the filter, simply unscrew the bottom of the dryer and remove any accumulated dust or fluff. This process ensures optimal performance and keeps your pet dryer in top condition for effective and efficient grooming sessions.
