Thank you for choosing our pet dryer to keep your furry friend clean and dry. We are committed to providing you with a quality product that enhances your pet care experience. In the unlikely event that your pet dryer experiences any defects in materials or workmanship within the first year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase received.
2. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
4. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
5. All warranty claims must be submitted here with photos of your item and your order number. Do not dispose of any defective items as we will be unable to assist if it is disposed of.
6. We reserve the right to deny claims that we believe are abusing this policy.
EXCLUSIONS
1. Damage caused by improper maintenance or use. Please make sure to read the instruction manual before using the pet dryer.
2. Damage caused by power surges, lightning, floods or other natural disasters.
3. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
HOW TO INITIATE WARRANTY
In the event that your pet dryer requires warranty service, please contact our customer service at info@modu.pet. Please include your order number in the subject line along with photos and videos of your product. If your pet dryer needs to be replaced, you will receive a discount code to order a new one free of charge. Shipping will not be included for warranty orders at this time.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@modu.pet. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and then let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will automatically credit your refund to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

4. Gradually increase the exposure to the hair dryer. Keep the sessions short initially and gradually extend the time as your dog becomes more comfortable.
5. Maintain a comfortable distance initially and avoid directing the airflow directly at your dog. Slowly acclimate them to the sensation of the air.

Our Pet Dryer was created for pet parents to use on their dogs, and we recommend it to be used as such. While we believe the dryer would be safe to use on other mammals, please always proceed carefully if you decide to try it on an animal that is not a dog.
Maintaining your pet hair dryer is a breeze with our user-friendly design. To clean the filter, simply unscrew the bottom of the dryer and remove any accumulated dust or fluff. This process ensures optimal performance and keeps your pet dryer in top condition for effective and efficient grooming sessions.
I was really impressed at the highest power setting for the dryer as a lot of hair dryers and other pet dryers fall short in this area. My fav setting is the auto-cycling between hot and cool air - a definite upgrade from using a regular hair dryer. I ended up using the dryer attachments more than I thought I would and I do think they made my dog fluffier than when I use a hair dryer. The bubble maker is fun and quite useful for wasting shampoo. Overall really impressed with the products.
The bundle is fantastic and includes all the essentials for grooming my dogs at home! The blow dryer is such a great product, it reduces drying time significantly and my dogs are not scared as the sound is minimal! The bubble foamer is incredible, fun and very easy to use. I love the comb as well it works with small dogs as well. I highly recommend these items! ♡
Love this bundle so much! The bubble foamer is a game changer saves time on soaping up your pup & it actually saves you from using too much shampoo. The dryer is amazing with several attachments that all work so well. The towel is perfect & dries quickly. The brush is so helpful in keeping up with maintenance.
