Thank you for choosing our pet dryer to keep your furry friend clean and dry. We are committed to providing you with a quality product that enhances your pet care experience. In the unlikely event that your pet dryer experiences any defects in materials or workmanship within the first 6 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase received.
2. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
4. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
5. All warranty claims must be submitted here with photos of your item and your order number. Do not dispose of any defective items as we will be unable to assist if it is disposed of.
6. We reserve the right to deny claims that we believe are abusing this policy.
EXCLUSIONS
1. Damage caused by improper maintenance or use. Please make sure to read the instruction manual before using the pet dryer.
2. Damage caused by power surges, lightning, floods or other natural disasters.
3. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
HOW TO INITIATE WARRANTY
In the event that your pet dryer requires warranty service, please contact our customer service at info@modu.pet. Please include your order number in the subject line along with photos and videos of your product. If your pet dryer needs to be replaced, you will receive a discount code to order a new one free of charge. Shipping will not be included for warranty orders at this time.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of MODU's control:
- Canadian orders can be expected to arrive in 1-4 business days.
- US orders can be expected to arrive in 3-7 business days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@modu.pet. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Something wrong with your order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and then let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will automatically credit your refund to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Our Pet Dryer was created for pet parents to use on their dogs, and we recommend it to be used as such. While we believe the dryer would be safe to use on other mammals, please always proceed carefully if you decide to try it on an animal that is not a dog.

There are so many reasons why I love this dryer! First, it’s lightweight and much quieter than my own hair dryer, which makes the experience more comfortable for both me and my dog. I've tried all the dog dryers on amazon as well as my own hair dryer and nothing has worked nearly as good as this one. the smart temperature control is an amazing feature since it helps with overheating. highly recommend this to anyone who has a dog.
I have three minature dachshunds that actually love to take baths but are acares of the hair dryer. I've been testing out the pet dryer for a few weeks now and I can say, they're definitely more comfortable when I use this. It's much quieter and dries then faster so they're less stressed over all. That's really all I could ask for as a dog mom. I don't want ny babies to be stressed 🤍The multiple attachments are a breeze as I have one with a very long coat, one still growing her long coat and one smooth!
I can't believe I used to pay for expensive grooming. This dryer works so well on my doodle's thick coat! It's easy to use and the temperature control helps with overheating.
Dries quickly and not very loud. I do find holding it awkward. If I hold it where it is more comfortable I am constantly pushing the buttons and need to stop and reset the buttons. Holding it where there is aren’t buttons is awkward and causes fatigue in my wrist and hands.
